Manage your recurring subscription

Thanks for being a supporter of our work. Over the years, we've embraced all the various payment platforms our community has used to support us. This might make it difficult to know how to manage your donation. Here's a guide to where to go — check your receipt or your credit card statement to determine where your donation is located.

Website

If you signed up at antiracismdaily.com or reimagined.news:

  • Go to Donorbox.org
  • Log in to your donor account by clicking the Donor Login link at the top of the page
  • Click the white box on the donation plan that you wish to cancel.
  • Click the red "Cancel this Plan" button to cancel your plan below your donation plan summary

Patreon

If you signed up at patreon.com/cw/reimaginednewsletter.

  1. Hover over your profile image in the top right to open the "User menu."
  2. From the drop-down user menu, click "Manage memberships."
  3. On your "Active memberships" page. Click the "Edit" link next to the membership you want to cancel future payments for.
  4. You'll land on the familiar payment confirmation page. Scroll down and click the "Edit or Cancel Payment" link directly under the update button.
  5. Click the option to Edit or Cancel Payment and click the "Cancel" button to confirm.
